how can we give approval for vip tickets without manager approval

Hello @GADDAMJ ,

 

In the user table, there is a field labeled "VIP." Please verify that the requestor is not marked as VIP, which can be confirmed by checking that the requestor's VIP field is unchecked.

If the requestor is not a VIP, you can utilize the "Approval Action" in the flow designer to initiate the approval process. Or else you can skip the action.
