OOB this is not possible. There is no such functionality in place which allows you to share/Publish etc for reports in Service Portal similar to what we have in native view.
In Service Portal you can only have the capability to display your report except List type report which is not shown in Service Portal.
IF you need to use the other Reporting functionalities , I would recommend using the native view only.
If the requirement is to just show the Reports in your portal page then follow the steps below:
1) Navigate to the Page where you want to show the report. Say for example, I am planning to show it in my Homepage only which is shown below.
Open the Page record by navigating to "Pages" module under Service Portal Application Menu.
After opening the relevant Page record click on Open in Designer as shown below:
Now search your Report widget and add it to the place you want as shown below:
Now click on the pencil icon where the report was added as shown above and that will take you to the Instance options
Now select the Report which you want to show as shown below:
Result:

There is a Report widget available on service portal.
I have tried utilizing the same on my PDI as follows:
Find the Report widget in the Filter Widgets and drag to the specified container:
By editing this widget, you can see a list of all the reports available on the instance:
And, it appeared for me on my page as below:
One important point, list type reports are not supported as we have List definitions widgets separately available for Service Portal.
