We have 300 stores.
Occasionally all stores will call in or create a work order for the same issue.
We may have to create one work order and copy it in our old system (Track-It) for the 300 stores.
Q) I know we can update a group of tickets on the same fields at the same time, but how do I create the initial 300 work orders quickly?
Q) What if we only wanted to create a work order for a smaller group of stores? A script?
Regards,
Tony

Which system needs to have the work order? ServiceNow or Track-It?
Also, is your end goal to show that "something" affected X # of stores? Or do you legitimately need to deploy field staff to each of the affected locations?

We have just gone live with ServiceNow.
Track-it is dead and buried.
So in answer to your question - ServiceNow.

Normally, a ticket has to be created - one for each store. We normally fix most issues on a global basis.
Sometimes we have to create a work order for each store, to show we have updated each site with a particular upgrade..
