Resolved! Chart Background

We recently upgraded to Vancouver and noticed that all the charts have a black background. How can we change it to white by default for all charts/reports?

external user access to ServiceNow

Could someone please help share the possible ways to enable external user (dealers, channel partners) access to ServiceNow. Creating guest AD account is one option, what are the other possible ways, okta/peoplesoft/ login via google, etc.?
