how do I create a new list view?

this is the default list view.   I need to create a new view option, with a different set up columns...how do I do this?   thanks!

Go the  Table(sys_db_object.LIST ) then select the particular table(like -Incident ) and open it. 

In Related link you can see Layout List and click on it .Now you can create List View.
