How do i migrate a new SLA schedule between environments ?

Im trying to migrate an SLA schedule with a new schedule between environments.  

When I try to migrate the Updates set with the SLA it errored on  "Could not find a record in cmn_schedule for column schedule referenced in this update."  

I've tried to export the new schedule ( and the schedule entries ) to xml but how do i import it to the target systems ?  and will override the whole table's data with just my 1 schedule or will it just add my new schedule to the table ?

You can export as XML and import into Prod. You can verify if the sysID already exists beforehand but you'll have to export 2 parts, Schedule, and Schedule entry. Then import those.
