How do I modify cards to just show a couple of fields in the visual task board? Don't need to see full details to save space.

Just heard back from Service-Now - it is not intended in the VTB Design to be able to dot.walk to desired fields...enhancement request has been submitted.

Thanks Jason, this is really helpful. Is there a way to remove the Update By field from a VTB card or is that a default field for every card?

Hi Raman - Updated_by is on by default on VTB cards when Compact Cards is OFF up through Fuji.

In our Geneva release (coming soon), Updated_by can be hidden by the method described here.
