How do I modify cards to just show a couple of fields in the visual task board?

How do I modify cards to just show a couple of fields in the visual task board? Don't need to see full details to save space.

Hi Jason,

I created a VTB view for project task but I can only add certain types of fields.   For example, I can't add Remaining Duration.   Are there field type limitations?

Hi Chris,

I will have to check-in with the Project Portfolio Suite team to learn a bit more about how they are handling the Remaining Duration field.

In the meantime, you may want to verify that the project task records have a value (not null).   If the field still doesn't appear after adding it to the VTB version of your form layout, I suggest submitting an Incident to HI. https://hi.service-now.com/

Learned more on this today: The fields do not appear when I'm using a "flexible" board.   If I create a guided board (e.g. on project task table by state) I see the fields.   Looks like the individual VTB views are not honored when the records are from multiple tables.   Updated the hi incident with this new info and waiting for response.

I have spent the past hour looking for this in the WIKI and I did not see it .... Is it missing or did I miss it ?
