how do we deactivate a business service/ group/locations?

Good Afternoon All,

We have a requirement to make business service, group and some of the locations to be made inactive. But there is no option for activating/deactivating these records, Is there any best practice way to deactivate the records instead of deleting them ??

Hi Bhavya,

you can deactivate the groups by marking unchecked "Active" field.

but for location and business service that is not possible.

but i have a workaround for them.

create a custom field <Hide> , it should be T/F field type. in "location" and "business service" table.   .

in location field and business service field add a condition in reference qualifier .

"<hide> == false"

I am having a similar issue as above, I have added the field and reference qualifier - but the Business Service is still showing?
