How do you allocate the subscriptions?

Hello all,

We are on Quebec currently and I have gone to the Subscription Management page and see that it shows how many ITSM Pro and other subscriptions we currently have purchased.

However, under the "Allocation" part of the grid, it shows zero (0) for all of our subscriptions.  How do the Subscriptions get allocated so that they show in the grid within the Subscription Management?

I have a feeling it is something we need to do on our end (instead of SN handling it), but no clue on how that is done so that our allocated subscriptions show.

Also, as a side note, who is able to view Subscription Management?  Is it normally just Admins OOTB?
