Can't copy value of a read only variable

Hi,

We have a variable on a catalog item.

When the item is ordered, on the RITM, the varibale (lookup select box type) is read only. The support can't copy/paste the value in it.

The other field of the form like the RiTM number are read only too but we can copy/paste the value.

Is there a way to make this variable allow copy/past ?

Hello,

This is expected behavior for choice/look up fields. Even field is editable, it can't be copied. Fields like string, reference can be copied. So it's not about read only it about field type where it's restricted for copy.   

There is no way to copy such value using mouse cursor.
