How do you set the value of a yes/no question in a questionnaire?

The ServiceNow documentation provides the following image of how question-rating is calculated. it refers to 'value.'  Where is this value set?  It also refers to minValue, however, the 'min' and 'max' fields only appear on the assessment metric form when the. question-type is numeric-scale. My customer wants to set a +/- score for each question, depending on the answer selected. For example, if a yes/no question is answered 'yes,' they want to add 2 points (+2).  But if the answer is 'No,' they want to subtract 10 points (-10).  I'm not sure this can be done but they are assuring me that ServiceNow told them it can be done.  I've searched everywhere and cannot find a straightforward simple description of how to configure questions (assessment metrics) for scoring of this kind.  Any suggestions?  All help greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
