I was excited to see the Business Stakeholder role in New York but when I looked it said it had an additional cost.  Does anyone know how this is licensed? We have ITSM Pro

Yes, it is a paid subscription. It is similar to what was the approver license but now with more functionality. It is significantly less expensive than your ITSM Pro licenses and your account team can give you specific pricing to match the value it would provide your organization

Ashok,

I would have thought that would work.  If you search as someone who has a full fulfiller role, does the search by username work OK?

Hello Jeff,
I have a scenario, where I need my internal employees to raise cases for external customers via Customer portal and Business stakeholder license looks like what I need for these requestors. On the other hand Unified Users role came in the new release looks appealing too. Could you please let me know what type of licensing would these two roles would require? In my case these people does not need to do anything but to raise the requests on behalf of the customer.
Thanks in advance!

Question on Business Stakeholder Role.  We don't have anyone assigned to that Role specifically but our ServiceNow account team said we have 509 people with Business Holder.  Where do I look for that count?
