Hello experts,
I noticed that in our Prod instance the value of state field in the UA instance info download table (ua_instance_state) is closed.
Is it normal for it to be closed for PROD instance? What does it mean for the value closed in state field?
I can see that in all of my PDI's and our Sub-PROD instances that the value for state field are always open.
