How To remove Field from Service Operation workspace

Hello Team,

 

I want to remove the below fields from the Incident form in the service operation workspace, Can anyone suggest how to do that?

Hi @Aparna Gurav 

From  the Native UI

Incident-> All

Click on hamburger icon select view

 

Navigate to Service operation workspace view

And from the form layout remove the above fields.

@SK Chand Basha : I don't see fields in the Service Operation workspace.

Hi Aparna,

 

There is a workspace view on the incident form.

Just select that view and update the fields and the same will be visible in agent workspace as well.
