Hi all!
In my ITOM License usage dashboard, I found that only the UsageAnalytics Counts for Tables have a value (83). The rest are 0.
I clicked on the chart at the target date, expecting to see 83 records that will match the value shown for UsageAnalytics Counts for Tables. However, there were no records, the table is empty.
I'm confused on how the value (83) was computed when the table is showing nothing.
If any of you have an answer, I will be grateful.

Hi @Lhora Alvarez ,
The Instance Usage modules track usage for ServiceNow applications and for ServiceNow Store apps.
- The number of active users in the system
- The hardware CIs discovered (for instances that use Discovery)
- The number of cloud management service catalog items available to users in instances that use Cloud Management

@Community Alums
I'm not sure I understand how to use the Application Usage Overview and ServiceNow Store Usage Overview dashboards.
I want to know how to compute for data related to ITOM Discovery.
Can you show me how to interpret the dashboards?

I have the same question. In screenshot 1, which is from the Subscriptions page shows 890 allocated. In the Discovery tab in the ITOM License it shows bar chart. The device entries add up to under 890, but the top row in screenshot shows table usage analytics as 890, which matches the ITOM Discovery allocation. Is it just a coincidence that these numbers match. My client is asking what is the "table usage analytics" mean and why is it an ITOM Discovery overage? I was reviewing the ITOM Discovery License calculation logic in KB0748149, and nothing mentioned 'table usage analytics", so need help to understand.
