We are trying to find out how many emails can be sent using SNOW mail servers and message size limit. We are currently using O365 however we are hitting the 30 messages per minute limit.
Anyone have a document you can point me to? 🙂

We are also experiencing this issue "Your message can't be sent because you've reached your 24 hour limit for message recipients. Please try again later. Contact your email admin for assistance."
Have any of you guys found a fix for this?

We are going to replace O365 SMTP server with a local SMTP server, without this limit.

Hi Daniel,
To overcome this issue, we are using third party mail server like "SendGrid" for sending outbound emails from ServiceNow. They have various subscription plans available, starting from 100,000 up to 1.5 million emails per month. Hope this helps.
Regards,
Mohammed Hannan
