How single assessment/survey can be taken by multiple users?

Hi @Swagatam Bose,

To send the single survey assessment to multiple users, you need to follow these steps:

• Create a Survey that need to send for multiple users.

• Create a User Groups under Survey Administration.

• Go into Survey Designer. In "Availability" tab select Survey Groups only and select the group in question.

       

• Click Save and Publish. The selected users will be reflected in "Survey Users" related list.

       

• Now you will see a "Send Invitations" button. It will send surevy to all selcted users. CHange the email logs for confirmation.
