How to access Snow certificates if we dont have acces to emails?

I have left my previous organization where i had completed CSA and CAD certification. Now i want to move those certification to my personal ID. I know the password of Developer site but when i try to access certificates its asking for Authentication code which is sent to old Mail ID which currently i dont have access to?
I have mailed couple of times to support team but iam not getting any response. Can anybody please help me to sort out this?

You can go to your partner portal of current organization:
Go to profile > View my certifications >Search Certification To Map/Transfer and confirm
