How to add links to Quick Links (CD) widget?

Hi,

I'd like to use Quick Links (CD) widget to link external web pages but I can't find documents for the widget.

Could you advise me how to add links and images to the widgets?

Is there any document about Content Delivery Widgets to learn how ti use them?
