How to answer what is your day to day activities in servicenow in front of interviewer?

Hi Manmat,

That depends on what the company does and how it uses the system.

For my part, day-to-day means dealing with user permissions and licensing, troubleshooting existing processes or getting requests and requirements to create new items, flows, processes, features, etc., as well as (sometimes) explaining things to management to get their buy-in on needed features or developments.

I think your best option would be to simply explain what you do in the platform every day/most days rather than repeat an answer from here. An interviewer is looking for real world experience not a blurb that they have heard many times before.

Just grab a notepad and document what you do for a few days, if you're having trouble putting that into 'interview' wording I'm sure we can help you summarize your activities, but there is no singular answer to your question.
