How to auto populate Assign to field based on assignment group

I have a requirement to auto populate the Assign to field based on Assignment group on HR Case form.

Assignment group i can change based on clients requirements but the problem is Assign to field.

How to do so?

Hi @kumaar 

 

Yes, you can do that, but if there are many members in a group, how will the system know which member to assign the task to? You can use Advanced Work Assignment to handle this.
