How to define a dynamic filter for the EDIT button on the related list?

Hi experts,

  I have a requirement to limit the related incidents selection list to those incidents that have a field value the same as one field value of the problem record when user clicks the incident related list EDIT button on the problem record. The field is not a reference field, it is a type of choice. Is there a way to implement it? Currently, although you can use the condition builder to define a default filter, but could not be based on the problem record field value.

Any suggestion would be appreciated very much!
