Hi!
I've been using static translation for the notifications and already done the following steps:
- installed the Glide Notification Translation (com.glide.notification.translation) plugin
- created "glide.email.outbound.static_translation.enabled" system property and set to "true
- translated the "email layout", "email template" and "notification"
Currently, German language plugin is installed and the instance has the Tokyo release.
When the record is inserted, the notifications get triggered. Both users with different language preference receive the emails and the translation of the notification body is working as expected but when it comes to the email layout, something goes wrong. I share the screenshots of my translation configs and the sent emails below. Although everything looks okay, the layout/template translation functionality doesn't work.
Can someone help on that issue?
Thanks in advance.

The process of translating the templates is as follows: Add custom labels. Add translation.
Add custom labels.
Add translation.
Edit email templates to use custom labels.
Specify the language to use to render the email message.

Thank you for your answer Rachel.
I think you are confusing the template with the layout.
We are saying there is an issue with the LAYOUT translation.
