How to find out why notification triggers twice?

When changing the assignment group on an incident a notification will trigger; However, if I change the assignment group, hit save, and change the assignment group again quickly and hit save notification will trigger twice. There is no other notification with the same name or same conditions. Where can I look?

Hi, have you checked and confirmed that the same notification is being triggered twice?
You will be able to see this in the email log related list below the sys_email form view of the sent email message.
Based on your description I would suspect that this occurs as the notification is triggered each time the assignment group is changed, but with no clear details of the notification involved I am only guessing.

hello ,
i think its the expected behaviour because you must have given the condition in notification as "Assignment group changes"
this condition will be satisfied every time you change the assignment group and update the form.
Hope this clears your query
