How to find public IP address of personal developer instance?

Hello, 

 

I am looking for methods on how to find the public IP address of my PDI. I have tried various means in some older forum posts, but nothing promising or what I needed. I've checked stats.do, ipcow.com using REST messages, etc. but no luck. I also am coming to the assumption the IP address is not static, and may change over the lifetime of the PDI, is that true?
