How to find the Self Service URL

Hi,

I am trying to set up modules for the self-service portal, however I am having trouble being able to find the URL of the page I would like to show in the module.

I would like to create a module for the quick links page, when I go to the quick links page via the homepage - how do I know what the URL is. By taking it from the browser this is not correct as this is the longer version from what I can see and does not work.

Any advice please?

Thanks,

Lisa

Hi,

Are you talking about the service portal? Or do you mean the Self-Service application in the back-end?

And by quick links do you mean like the catalog listing?

Hi Allen,

I mean the ESS service portal which the customer use and yes for the quick links.

Thanks,

Lisa

You'd want to set up the module and then choose Link type: URL (from arguments:) and then in the arguments put this:

catalog_home.do?sysparm_view=catalog_default

Does this help you?
