How to get Sys ID of requested cloud catalog item and pass (or map) it to Post provision operation?

My requirement is to call a subflow job to create a catalog task via CPG (Cloud Provisioning and Governance) Post provision operation. So, I need to get sys_id of requested item and map it to input variable of Post provision operation via cloud catalog item 'Manage Attributes'.
