Dear all,
We have a test pilot customer which is complaining of poor performance on research in service know knowledge based.
For instance they send a keyword to look at and only few or no document link gets return in spite of the fact the search term is place in all of them.
They are complaining about the quality of the search results which makes me think that there is an issue with the content (meta tags,...) , the configuration of the search engine, or the quality of the search engine.
What is the best practices approach to verify and implement in order to get more powerfull result ?
Thanks for the advise
regards

Hi,
Global search result is based on frequency, sequence, and weight. You can adjust the weight in the dictionary record for the fields in the knowledge table to make a better search.
Read this blog to understand global search result:

Check under 'How to set different weights for global search'
Thanks
Shruti
