if so, can someone share the video - how to create ATF for Agent Workspace validation

So what did you start with and where are you stuck?

Did you try to search any existing tests involving agent workspace?

Hi,

I created a Case in Agent Workspace using ATF - but when i try to navigate to another tab (customer tab) within that case using ATF - its not possible ,

just creating a case and move to related list (OOB List) can be possible using ATF ,

Can someone advise here,

Hi,

if there is no OOB step for this then you cannot test it using ATF.
