Hi,
When I am to perform an AQI - Article quality index, for a KB article I select the "Perform AQI" button.
I am then navigated to the actual AQI checklist, and can select true/false for the specified questions.
It would be good though, to be able to view the actual article for which I am doing the review. Is there any possibility to do this, other than to have to separate windows opened? 🙂

RIGHT??!!!!
Why doesn't the ServiceNow Development Team understand this!
We were waiting expectantly for the AQI when announced, but when I tested it... I was sorely disappointed.
- Here's another gotcha; You don't want to wreck the default OOB AQI, so you copy it (Insert and Stay).
Guess what happens?
All of the Questions get stripped, and you are left with a copy... of the Title only! Thanks SN.
We've submitted an in-house Enhancement (our only option)... Results Pending.
A Workaround:
- In the Tab of the article, right-click and select Duplicate (to duplicate the article in another Tab)
- In the Duplicate, press the Perform AQI button. This will allow you to see one screen of the article, and one screen of the AQI.
- Submit.
