How To remove Field from Service Operation workspace

Hello Team,

I want to remove the below fields from the Incident form in the service operation workspace, Can anyone suggest how to do that?

Hi @AparnaUttaG 

Go to Native view

Open any incident

change the view from default to SOW

Go to Form layout via context menu

move these fields from right to left slush bucket.

Save

Go to SOW and test
