If a customer posts a question to the knowledge base is it possible to remove it?

I am using Service Portal Designer for our customer community. I need to be able to remove any inappropriate content.

Thanks,

Lisa

Hello Lisa,

You will need to navigate to the related knowledge base for eg Social QA as KB and modify the Questions or comments from it.

You can try this link https://instance_name.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=kb_knowledge_base.do?sys_id=5c45a3a0d712120023c84f80de61038b

Replace with your instance name, open it and navigate to the Questions tab and delete the required record from it. If need to delete the comments or answers then you can further navigate to the related list within the question and delete those.

Thanks!

Another option is to navigate to kb_social_qa_question.list from the application navigator. Locate your required question and delete it or its comments.

Hi

Instead of removing, Create an approval before a knowledge article is posted by the customer.

This will be good for you to restrict inappropriate content before it is visible.

Thanks
