It's an older version, but it should give you a good idea.

  1. Go to the ServiceNow Developer Site.

  2. Create your account (if you haven’t already).

  3. Log in to the Developer portal.

  4. Once logged in, you’ll see an option to request an instance.

  5. You can choose an instance running Zurich or a lower version as required.

Dear Dr. Atul G- Lng,

Thank you for your replies, I do have a Developer PDI, but I was not looking to use it to develop new Apps, but to utilize it like we use to do to standup a Demo/Developer Instance to have opportunities to play with the ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc. functions.  I cannot see to figure how to utilize my PDI for that.

Hi @RZim,

Personal Developer Instance (PDI) can be requested from https://developer.servicenow.com/ (Steps are mentioned by @Dr Atul G- LNG)

However, for a demo instance, this can be requested from your company as it is granted to a company and not an individual.
