I'm sorry to hear you got caught up in that. But I do find I can do many things on a PDI that I did on demo instances. Good luck in your job search.

Dear Medi C,
Thank you for your replies, I do have a Developer PDI, but I was not looking to use it to develop new Apps, but to utilize it like we use to do to standup a Demo/Developer Instance to have opportunities to play with the ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc. functions. I cannot see to figure how to utilize my PDI for that.

Hi @RZim,
Since you’re looking to explore ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, and ITOM capabilities, it would be better to request a demo instance rather than relying on a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
A PDI is mainly intended for individual development and learning. It has limited plugins available, and many enterprise modules are not accessible because they require licensed features. Even when plugins are visible, they often can’t be activated in PDIs and must instead be requested from the ServiceNow Store, which is restricted.
If you found this helpful, please hit the thumbs-up button and mark as correct. That helps others find their solutions.

Thank you Medi C,
Unfortunately, it does not look like an individual can request "Demo" Instances anymore like we use to be able to do. It appears you have be aligned with a Partner company in order to be granted access to one of their Demo Instances available via the Partner Program.
Unfortunately for me, I was released from my last company "GDIT" due to DOGE cuts along with 24 other to reduce their overhead. I am looking for a Demo Instance to stay sharp as I continue my Job Search.
I do appreciate your suggestions.

Thank you Bert_c1,
I will continue to explore my PDI Instance further to see if I can gain access to the main ServiceNow Home workplace.
