How to restore default user interface in SNOW

Hello,

I have recently started using SNOW. While doing some modifications in its favorites bar, some stuff got removed and misplaced. Now it looks completely messed up and I can't even see tabs like Incident, Change etc. Could anyone please help on how to restore default user interface (which I had at the time of first login)?

Thanks a lot.

Are you using a personal developer instance or a corporate instance?

If this is a personal developer instance, your quickest recourse, since you just started, is probably to reset the instance entirely using the Manage> Instance menu option on https://developer.servicenow.com

If you want to do a little detective work, go to System Definition> Application Menus and see if Incident (and others) have been set to active=false somehow.
