How to set a default for opening URLs in a new window

When creating Knowledge the URLs always open in the ServiceNow window. This is because the URL target is set to None (use Implicit)

Is there a way to set the target to 'New Window' so that the link always opens in a new window?

Appreciate any help on this.

Hi Susan, you posted this a while ago, but I just had a similar requirement and wanted to add this here in case someone else needs this info. It looks like for TinyMCE v5, there is a system property that controls this, "glide.ui.html.editor.default_link_target ". More info can be found here.
