How to set the maximun password validity

I want to set:

1) Maximum # days a user can use ihis password
2) Minimal # days before a succesfull password can be changed again
3) Number of passwords rememberd so they can not be used again

For bullet "1" I do not have the solution.

1) Password can be max 90 days old

2) Password must be minimal 3 days old before it can be changed again
These parameters can be modified:
password_reset.request.success_window
Number of minutes a user needs to wait to reset/change password after the last successful reset/change
1440 (= 1 day)

3) The last 12 passwords are remembered and may not be reused.
This value is set to 10. This is the maximum setting for ServiceNow.
