there is nothing OOTB for this, you will have to customize it by having a widget
check these links
how to create Process flow in service potal
Portal Widget for Process Flow States, need help to automatically reload it, when state changes

Hi @sanasayyad
You can create the flow, but could you please let me know exactly what you want? If possible, could you provide a reference screenshot?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @DR. Atul G – LNG,
I have used an OOTB widget, i.e. Data Table from Instance Definition, to navigate to the form. However, I am unable to see the Process Flow Formatter, which is available in the native view under the section called Process Flow.

it won't show in portal as the OOTB formatter is UI macro based and UI macro doesn't work in portal.
Did you check the links I shared above?
