Need Help Displaying Self-Service View for Incident on ESC Portal

Hi Community,
Good day! I'm working on the ESC portal and I want to display the Self-Service view of the Incident form instead of the default view.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:
I went to Ticket Configuration > Incident > Tab Configuration and set the view to match what’s used in the Self-Service view

However, the portal still shows the default view instead of the Self-Service one.

Can anyone guide me on what I might be missing or if there’s another place I need to configure this?

the view name should be backend and not the label

add the view name as this "ess" as that's the Self-service view name on incident table
