How to show Process Flow in Service Portal?

I am trying to do on incident table based on state ,can someone please guide me.

Hi @sanasayyad
You can’t add a process formatter on the portal, buddy. If you still want to do it, you’d need to do customizations, which is not recommended. I’ve seen a few links on the community about this. Also, if I’m not wrong, there’s no real purpose in showing the formatter to the end user—the end user mainly cares about the exact state or status of their record.
