How to stop notifications for group manager .?

Hi All,

I want to send notifications to group member's when there group is assigned to ticket, I don't want to send notifications group manager.He is not a member in group , But still he receives notifications. Just he is a manager for the group.

Who will receive.

I have not included assignment group manager, but still he is receiving notifications.

what would be the reason for getting notification even though he is not a member.

Simplest suggestion is to check on exclude manager on the group
