How to Switch to Modern Service-Now UI from Classic UI

Good Day!!

 

It's not about "Next Experience UI".

How to switch to Modern Service-now UI from Classic UI.

I heard that UI policies and some other scripts needs attention and checked.

 

So, not having clear idea on this and I request someone to help me understand this.

Hi Lucky,

 

As per my knowledge,  Modern Service-now UI is Next Experience UI. 

If switch is needed from user profile ->preference , you can turn off /ON Next experience.

 

 

If it is not Next experience UI, share the screen shot  so that we can help you further.
