How to track or display the email sent or received

Hi,

we have a requirement where we have status field(choice). when the status is internal query pending we are sending a mail to internal team through email client. is there any possibility to track the mails. If we are having admin access we can see that in activity log. how about the people who are not having admin access(non admin). provide any solution.

Hello,

Did you check if any ACL is controlling Visibility ? Please check once , you will materials related to ACL debugging.

Hi Sirisha Navuduri,

You can create one role and assign it to the user who you want to show that email logs.

You can create an ACL and grant access to sys_mail table to the users with that specific role.
