How to update the default view in Cloud User Portal "?

Currently, by default, when user login to Cloud User Portal, in upper right side, there's "view" menu, by default it's set to "my groups", how to set it to "all" in the first time for every new user? they can update themselves after first login, however we want the default initial view should be "all".

It is customization , so you need to connect with team who build this and make changes.
