Hi.
Although I have the "app_service_admin" role, there is no "Application Services" option in Configuration -> Application Services  as stablished in:
Manually create an application service"
 https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-mapping/task/create-it-services.html
What can I do in order to see the option needed?
Thanks

You need app_service_user role to view application service menu.
OR you can go to sa_discovered_services.LIST with correct role.

Sachin

I have a strange issue, when I click on the 'application services' module, it loads the page it self and never takes me to the sa_discovered_services_list?sysparm_view=it_service_view.
But when I pass the parameters in the URL, it takes me.
Thanks,

We're experiencing the same thing. Have you figured this out?
I've tried it with and without the 'app_service_admin' role and it works the same either way.
I'm going to log a HI support ticket but thought I'd also ask here. Thanks.
