How to view the 'Application Services' option in 'Configuration' menu

Hi.

Although I have the "app_service_admin" role, there is no "Application Services" option in Configuration -> Application Services  as stablished in:

Manually create an application service"

What can I do in  order to see the option needed?

There's an error in the new URL.  It did not work for me with the _list part.

Instead of:

sa_discovered_services_list.do?sysparm_view=it_service_view

I used this:

sa_discovered_services.do?sysparm_view=it_service_view
