Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking at the OOTB Onboarding HR case in HR Agent Workspace. In the playbook, I can see both HR Tasks and child HR Cases displayed as part of the lifecycle.

In my client’s instance, the playbook only shows HR Tasks - the child HR Cases (e.g., cases created by other HR Services in the lifecycle) don’t appear.

  • Where is the configuration that controls whether child HR Cases are shown in the playbook?

  • Is this driven by a playbook configuration, a workspace configuration, or something like HR Lifecycle Event/Journey setup?

I’ve tried searching around the usual HR workspace/playbook settings, but haven’t found anything that affects this behavior.

Did you validate normal access to the cases is there? It could simply be that you're not allowed to see them due to some policies.

Yes, I am admin and HR admin. I have built the full process 🙂
