i deleted sections from form design now i want this section so how i recover this back.

You can try to navigate on Deleted Records, and restore them for there.

You can go to form layout and check the link to see version you want to recover

I believe there is a Undo button in Form Design. If you've already saved and updated, you'll have to revert versions, as indicated by Mohammed8 in his comment above.
