I have the long URL and which I want to add in the portal header Menu Items

I want to add the Menu Items on the knowledge portal header .

I configure these on the Knowledge portal and add the Header widget.

Created the Menu ABC and Menu items are abc1 & abc2.

So the menu items appearing on the knowledge portal header , but I need to add a URL for those menu items,

But URLs having more character around 600.

When I pasting the url in Menu Item form in the url field it taking half of the url only.

Kindly help me out on this, Thanks in Advance................

What kind of URLs are you using? Do they really have to be that long?
